・Does the shipping fee cover custom fee and tax?
- Please double-check your country's customs regulations. Each country has different rules regarding the customs fee and tax. If you get charged for any customs fees or taxes, we are not responsible to cover it. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over the import taxes because customs taxes are charged by your local government.

- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed 

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 
- Due to the new UK/EU VAT regulations, we cannot currently ship to UK/EU countries.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We cannot accept calculation after shipping.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product.
